You can sell as many songs using beats leased from biggrime.net as you want with no extra royalties paid. 3. You can not resell the instrumentals as if you were the original producer of the instrumentals 4. At always you have to give biggrime.net credit as the source of the instrumental 5. You in no way shape of form give your listeners the idea that you created the instrumental. Exclusive Agreement 1. You have 100% ownership of the instrumental. 2. You do not have to give biggrime.net the credit for creating the instrumental 3. You can label anyone you choose to as the producer/creator of the instrumental. 4.
